This service is for new bikes purchased from Cycle Zone Darwin, 6-8 weeks after purchase. At a minimum this service will include: Brake and gear adjustment, spoke tension check, check tyre pressure, check all fasteners, frame wipe down, bike health check.

Ideal as a half yearly service for the cyclist with a high kilometre count per year and a great choice as an annual service for those who may only cycle recreationally. At a minimum this service will include: Brake and gear adjustment, spoke tension check, check all fasteners, degrease drive train and lube, frame wipe down and inspection, check tyres for correct inflation and adjust accordingly, safety check, test ride to ensure bike is performing correctly.

Ideal as a half yearly service for the cyclist with a high kilometre count per year and a great choice as an annual service for those who may only cycle recreationally. At a minimum this service will include: Standard Tune Up Service plus run diagnostic software and update firmware, check the motor, battery and control unit, check the battery charger, clean all connections. Please remember to bring your battery keys

We recommend you complete this service annually. At a minimum this service will include: Bike wash, remove/re-grease and re-install hubs/BB/headset, removal of all components for clean/degrease/lubrication and re-installation, lubricate gear cable inner/outer, check wheel true/tension/dish on wheel stand, lubricate drive train, gear and brake adjustment, includes labour if cables need replacement, however, hidden cables will incur additional charges to replace. Check torque on all bolts to manufacturer’s specifications, check tyres for correct inflation and adjust accordingly, safety check, test ride to ensure bike is performing correctly.

We will pack your bike safely for travel. Includes cardboard box and packaging material.

Unfortunately, Sometimes Cycle Zone cannot supply the bike you wish for. If you've purchased a bike from another store or online you can have it assembled by us to our high standards. Prices do vary depending on labour time. Expect a minimum of $60.

Pricing varies greatly on factors such as the complexity of the build, choice of components etc. Expect a minimum labour time of 3 hours.
